For your convenience we offer 12-month service agreements which include one yearly inspection of all your listed HVAC equipment. Compensation for our services will be determined by the number of units requiring maintenance. It is our policy to provide preferential treatment on service calls to our service agreement customers. Specifications:

Air Conditioning
Lubricate all bearings and moving parts
Inspect and adjust drive belts
Check refrigerant in systems
Inspect and adjust all valves
Inspect for refrigerant leaks
Prepare systems for summer

Filters
Clean permanent type filters
Install throwaway polyester filters

Condensing Unit
Lubricate fan and motor bearings
Inspect and adjust drive belts
Lubricate pump bearings
Clean air intake screen

Heating System
Check heating coils for operation and cleanliness
Check wiring and connections

Controls
Check operation and adjust heat temperature, refrigerant, oil pressure safety controls
Change over and set controls for proper seasonal operation

Belts
Replacement of belts on the listed equipment on time per year

COMPENSATION FOR LABOR AND MATERIALS NOT COVERED BY SERVICE AGREEMENTS:
Labor performed during normal working hours will be billed at $75.00 per hour plus sales tax (if applicable). Labor performed after normal working hours, on weekends and legal holidays will be billed at $112.50 per hour. Refrigerant R-22 will be billed at $17.95 per pound. All other materials will be billed at our actual cost, including freight, plus a reasonable mark-up. IT IS REQUIRED THAT YOU PERFORM 4 INTERMEDIATE FILTER CHANGES PER YEAR. REPLACEMENT FILTERS ARE NOT COVERED BY OUR SERVICE AGREEMENT.

*Service agreements are for a period of 12 months and shall automatically continue in full force and effect from year to year unless notification is given in writing by either party thirty (30) days prior to the expiration date.
